Cornerstone is establishing a DOW-sponsored strategic and long-standing, multi-year (5 year maximum) mechanism to solicit white papers addressing critical sectors, Strengthening America’s Manufacturing (SAM) of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). They are looking for a wide range of white papers that offer the government/DOW solutions that advance and strengthen the US’s infrastructure and capabilities.

“Awarded SAMDIB resiliency and supply chain assurance initiatives will focus on prototype projects, capabilities, and capacities supporting a broad range of requirements aimed at delivering decisive advantages to our Warfighters. The definition of a “prototype project” in the context of an Other Transaction is as follows:
(A) a prototype project addresses a proof of concept, model,
(B) reverse engineering to address obsolescence,
(C) a pilot or novel application of commercial technologies for defense purposes,
(D) agile development activity,
(E) the creation, design, development, demonstration of technical or operational utility, or

(F) combinations of the foregoing. A process, including a business process, may be the subject of a prototype project”

Cornerstone Consortium is free to join and has several other opportunities that may be of interest.

If you are interested, you may pursue this independently or talk with MMEC to discuss opportunities to work together.
