MMEC Announces New
Chief Executive Officer

Dear MMEC Members,

We would like to announce an important leadership transition at MMEC. We are excited to welcome Dr. Matt Casto as our new Chief Executive Officer. As you know, Matt has been closely involved in MMEC’s development from the beginning and brings a strong understanding of our members, programs, partnerships, and mission. His experience across both the defense and commercial sectors will help guide MMEC as we continue to grow and expand our impact.

Looking ahead, our focus remains the same: supporting our members, accelerating technology from lab to mission and market, strengthening U.S. manufacturing and supply chains, and delivering meaningful results for the warfighter and our government partners.

Thank you!

Autonomous Insight-to-Action through
a human-in-the-loop collaboration
with Agentic AI and Digital Twins

Abeer Singhal of Sentient recently gave a presentation at CS MANTECH that focused on how semiconductor manufacturers can move from fab analytics to autonomous insight-to-action. The presentation highlights a practical, human-in-the-loop approach that combines Agentic AI, digital twins, and traditional engineering methods to help improve yield, reduce process variation, and accelerate cycle time.

For organizations working across microelectronics design, manufacturing, and advanced process control, this topic reflects the growing importance of AI-enabled decision support in building a smarter, more responsive semiconductor ecosystem.
